The UPS Store

This is my primary and favorite UPS location. I buy and sell shoes so I visit frequently. They are always extremely friendly, efficient, and wanting to help. Even when I’ve gone in there and they are slammed with people, they do their best and I’m usually helped within 10-15 minutes. I have zero complaints with this location and as compared to others UPS location, they are far above the rest. I’d choose this location over any other even if it means driving a bit further!

Ordered a basic color printing with only 8 pages and when I came in the employees said they didn’t know how to do a printer order. They told me to come in tomorrow when a “technician” was in. When I came in the next day my order had been printed double-sided despite my order saying otherwise. Thankfully someone caught it and corrected before they handed it to me. Please train your staff so they actually know how to provide the services you claim to have.

The lady in this office always has a attitude she is rude as hell! She is not friendly nor welcoming and acts racist! You can see it on her face that she doesn’t want to be in the store! She is not fit for a customer service type of position please hire a more friendly staff!

Called ahead an hour before to confirm they had shredder service, then when I drove the 10 miles, they refused to take it. Waste of time, no service store Edit: See below for a great example of the great lengths people will go to avoid admitting they made a mistake. First this "100lb of paper" customer came in "yesterday", then it was "that morning", now it's "between the time I called and when I arrived". All I know is I went to OfficeMax afterward and they took it just fine, with no drama or tall tales

I love this UPS Store! Very friendly, always have a notary available, quick service and friendly staff. It's nice to have a family owned business conveniently located two miles from my house. Highly recommend.

I go there for stamps, faxes, to send mail, because they use to be so helpful.......... now they are getting so sarcastic with me. The last two times I went there to fax something very important to my lawyer and they told me it's a transmission problem on my end where I'm sending it to. It wasn't. I went up to publix and spent more money and time, no problem. It went through, they split the bundle in half, because of the memory. I went back to the ups store to show them the proof that publix got the fax though for me and the one person behind the counter began clapping. That's just ignorant. I'm reporting this store to the district headquarters of how a customer is being treated.

The staff at this store are amazingly friendly and helpful. Every time I walk in I am greeted with warm smile and hello. The guy with the crazy hair went above and beyond to help me print an email and then fax it. I am not tech savvy at all and he made the whole experience simple.

I ship worldwide with my business both UPS and USPS. I've been in many times now and find they are always polite and helpful. As a retired airline pilot I appreciate the fact they do not take an 88 pound packages without the proper check-in. Nobody in their right mind could think you would just leave a package. Also during this pandemic they have shown that they care about their customers by wearing masks and requiring social distancing. Thank you for protecting us.

A flyer file submitted for print got a little wonky in the transfer online, so it did not print accurately on their end. A new file was sent over and the store staff handled the change promptly, professionally, and kindly. This is a great service to have for very low volume printing and quick turnaround.

I have known the owners of this particular location for many years, and although this is my first review, I am hardly new to enjoying the professionalism and care that Kyle, Michelle, and the staff as a whole consistently provide in their store. Whether packing, shipping, or printing, I have never known the quality of both product and service from a UPS Store, or to that fact, any customer-facing business. Although I can manage my particular needs through online portals and sites for arguably less money, the outstanding product quality, excellent communication, customer service, and convenience keep me coming back for more. Thank you to the staff and owners at UPS Store 2644 for always putting me as the customer first, and know you have earned my business for life.
