Golden Corral

I’m a frequent customer and I always have Rosy serve me but she was busy so I got another server named Destiny! And let me just say wow great waitress! Very polite, happy and always with a smile and made sure my table was always clear and my cup was always full! Rosy and her are now my top two favorites! Great job and the food delicious as always love the omelets and French toast here.

Me and my wife went there to eat last night, my wife had the baked fish and shortly after became ill and ended up vomiting in the restaurant bathroom, when we called the restaurant this morning to speak to the manager to explain what happened not only did he act as if he didn’t care he then blamed my wife for her illness saying she probably act something before she got there, despite the fact that Golden Corral was the first thing we had all day! He also went on to say that the food is properly prepped and taken care of and can sit out for FOUR HOURS if need be, now I’m not an expert when it comes to food but I’m sure you can’t leave out baked fish under a heat lamp for 4hrs! Then to top it all off, when we told the manager that we would contact corporate, he told us to go ahead, they won’t do anything anyway.... and he was right! We reached out to corporate and here what they said: “We do appreciate your feedback, and are sorry to hear that your wife didn't feel well after her visit at Golden Corral. We work very hard to provide great food/service to all our guest. We have systems in place that contribute to Golden Corral providing only the highest quality food . We have talked to the management on duty during your visit, and they have assured us that they are committed to providing only the best product for our guest. We will continue to work with the management team in the future to assure they are committed to providing a World Class Buffet for all our guest. We also will continue to monitor any feedback that may be related to your concerns and take appropriate actions as needed. Thank you for your feedback, it is guest like yourself that continues to allow Golden Corral to move forward.” Basically a nice way of saying they don’t care how we were talked to and how the situation was handle we are taking the managers side. Never again will we eat here or at any other location and we strongly advise everyone to do the same, and if you don’t believe me look at the reviews on here and other sites for Golden Corral as well.

Food rocked try to get to desserts it is hard to stop eating their delicious food everything done awesome. And great staff , the one thing would of made it awesome perfect no mother-in-law.. went back for their lunch special what a disappointment too bad staff was still great 😝

I can't begin to say enough about Golden Corral. The staff are the best. Everyone's favorite restaurant. I love the variety of foods. Whether you came to ratty....or you came to get a good meal. You can count on this restaurant to be your families favorite eating out. Everyone will find what they like even if you are a picky eater.

I had a wonderful experience! The food was great and the service was amazing! My server Destiny was very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her attitude and her smile made mine and my family’s experience great and made us feel very welcome! Definitely going to come back.
