Old Country Buffet

My husband and I really liked the variety of the buffet. They have a Salad bar, Mexican food station, comfort food bars. IF you go after 4pm they have a Meat station, they have Turkey, Roast beef and Ham and they will slice it for you. They also does steaks around 5 or 6 pm. I would recommend this to anyone who likes a buffet. We also liked our waitresses, they had a Wonderful Personalities.

It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The food was as good as buffet food. I only have 1 complaint. 1 of the wait staff had so much (cheap) cologne on that when he walked by the smell went in my mouth with each bite. Also, there was cleaning going on with very strong smelling cleaning solution. Like I said before, I love how clean it was, but the cleaning should be done before or after dining hours.

Kind on the old. You can tell its need sitting for a while. The fish square was yucky. The shrimp wasn't fresh n crispy. Maybe wasn't done enough. The cashier was excellent. Assortment of drinks and deserts better than main courses. I stopped in because I haven't been here in a while. The cappuccino is weak.

Food is always cooked well. Never dry or seemed like it was sitting for 8hrs. It's always clean and smells fresh. I just would like the table waiters would take the empty plates sooner thru my visits as to letting them stack 4 high.

Great variety of food for what you pay. You never have to fight the crowds at this location because it's tucked away behind Metro Center. Great salad bar. Nice roasted meat section with roast beef and ham, cut off the block for you. Great desserts. You'll get more food variety at a Golden Corral, but you won't be fighting atrocious crowds at Old Country Buffet.
