We got there a little after 6:00 and we were the only ones. First time. Wondering if it was going to be any good because no one else was there. By the time we placed our order it was full. Got the black garlic ramen and Golden Pork Bun. So good! Went with a two for the spice level. It was excellent, but very spicy. Not your average mainland spice level. Hot sake was a great compliment.
Delicious! Ramen noodles were cooked perfectly, broth was flavorful with a kick of spice. I like how we can choose what we want on the paper instead of having to tell the server. Food is cooked within a reasonable amount of time. So good! Service was amazing as well. Parking: Street parking and through a tiny alleyway to the left of the entrance.
Best ramen we tried. The broth brought us out of the island. So refreshing.. we’re so lucky to have good Japanese friend who recommended this restaurant. Not so busy when we went, no reservation needed. Parking at the side of the road..
Delicious ramen broth. Best we’ve had in Honolulu. The char-siu was full of flavor and tender. The pot stickers were also delish. The place was fairly small. Highly recommend.
The food was great. The pork was so tender and juicy. The service was excellent despite they only had two people serving. Definitely recommend this place—can’t wait to try their ramen next time.
The food was so good it entered my weekly rotation. One of my favourite spots for gyoza and they carry beers and spirits that can be hard to find locally personal favourite would be the plum wine. Tokyo style ordering makes selecting dishes quick and painlessFood: 5/5
The ambience was nice. The portions were good. The broth was one of the best I have had. The chashu was rich in flavor. And the salad changed my bar on salads forever.
Ramen and the House Made Gyoza was delicious. Staff were very accommodating. I wasn’t even expecting to be able to eat before they were going to close, but they worked really hard to get everyone who was on the waitlist a seat.
Delicious Tonkatsu ramen. Level 2 spicy level was spicier than I thought. Will need to lower my spice level to 1 for next timeDine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
First time eating here and they didn't disappoint! The ramen is to die for! Every aspect of it just fits perfectly together. The goyza was fought over. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes. Thanks for the great service and amazing food.
