Gonzalez and Goetz, Attorneys at Law

All I can say is the Gal answering the phones is rude she asked my income I told her... she said “nope” cant help you! I asked if she could steer me in a direction “no no advise”! I don’t know who taught her how to correspond with people especially in this sensitive venue, but she has no people skills. I wouldn’t use these attorneys if they were free! Shame on Goetz & Gonzales! You need a real receptionist.

BEWARE DO NOT GET THIS LAW FIRM!!! If you are in the state of GA, DO NOT GET THESE PEOPLE! They do not have any representation in GA. They called my mother because she was filing a disability case here in Georgia, they LIED to her and said they have a lawyer located here. Before the case, there was absolutely NO preparation given to my mom on what to expect for her case. She NEVER EVEN MET THE LAWYER THEY SENT OUT UNTIL THE DAY OF THE COURT CASE. Not to mention the lawyer they sent out was very unfamiliar with her case and knew absolutely NOTHING about her case. Then after my mother was denied, I called them and they said that they "CONTRACT" different lawyers in the area. The lawyer that came to our case was from ALABAMA!?!?!? What they do is, they reach out to other lawyers and contract them on a 1099 to represent your case. But this lawyer KNOWS NOTHING about your case will not help you prepare for it either. Gonzalez and Goetz are a bunch of SCAMMERS, they are very unresponsive, and HAVE NO CLUE what they are doing. My mother has SEVERE ARTHRITIS and Multiple Sclerosis, all her medical records say this and well documented and the Lawyer never even brought it up in the court case. With these disabilities it should be a NO BRAINER that my mother cannot work. If you are not in the state of Florida DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM REGARDLESS of what they say. They wasted 3 years of my mothers money and time. They should be ashamed of themselves! STAY AWAY, PLEASE!

Wasted 4 years of my life. Had to get most records myself. Never returned phone calls. Numerous people representing me at different times. Was told I won the case after 3 years. Then received a letter from SSI that I had lost. Their response to me" I just can't believe it". Caused me so much stress my health is worse now than when we started. No follow up with last court hearing. Just letter from SSI saying I lost. After reading papers from SSI my correct medical info was not even sent to them for representation. For 3 years wrong info and incomplete records submitted to courts after going over it with me before court each time. DON'T DO IT! Use someone else!

This law firm is money hungry!! They went behind my fiancee back after he stated he did not want their services and to stredd the documents that he had already sent to there law office giving them authority to represent him. Because one of their law representive was also very ruled and unprofessional.They never receive his paperwork in the mail as of yet he had sent to them.when my fiance told them he did not want their services. And also When my fiance told them by this being his first inital application and also since I filled out the application for ssi/ssdi and gathered all his medical records per doctor visits, physical therapy visits etc. during his claim. After all was said and confirmed that he did not want or need their law services this law firm went behind my fiance back and sent the paper that they were told by my fiance to stredd which was this law office was to be to be my fiance lawyer during his claim. After his case was approved during the first inital application. Ssa told my fiance and me that David Gortez was his attorney and that they would have to send him a fee. I call the law firm back and they told me and my fiance that David Gortez told them he talk to my fiance and to go ahead with my fiance case which was a big fat lie. My fiance never ever talked to this lawyer at all. And no one in his law firm after that day. This goes to show this law firm is low down and greedy. Whom ever reading this u need to take heed to this post. Because it's all true. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone!!!! So take my advice and run from this law firm as fast as u can.😠
