I reached out to Shilpa and her Law firm back in November 2017 to help me with my E2 visa process. Shilpa was the 11th attorney I had reached out to in less than a month. The way she took the time to understand my case and guide me during our 30 minutes initially call made me take my decision quite easily and don't regret at all! I've worked with Shilpa and her team for 5 months and got my E2 visa approved yesterday! (April 2018) She was always available and always brought piece to my mind with her advices and guidance. Our search for a knowledgeable and courteous immigration law firm came to an end, when we landed on SGM webpage. Up until that point, we were not entirely convinced about the information obtained from various other immigration lawyers and many of them were exorbitantly pricey for the value they seem to offer. Subsequent to our initial conversation with attorney Shilpa Malik, we were rest assured that our dealing with their law firm would be a smooth affair. Shilpa diligently answered all our questions in a timely manner. Right from the initial consultation, to all the way after we got our investor visa, we were subjected to high level of professionalism and most importantly respect, by Shilpa and team. They explained to us very patiently about the process, protocols as well as prepared us adequately for the interview at the consulate. Our dealing with Shilpa and team has primarily been virtual- viz phone calls and emails. Even though, we did not meet them in person (there was no reason to), this is one law firm who will provide clients with sincere value added services and we highly recommend them.

Ashley and Shilpa provided their services to prepare a response for H1B RFE back in December 2017. The RFE received was very critical which could have caused potential Family separations. Both the lawyers are exceptional professionals and did thorough analysis of the case and responded with the best possible arguments. Within couple of weeks we were able to receive an H1B approval. They were available for questions through out the time and did a great job. I would highly recommend their services!!
