Did zero research into state statues and association by laws in writing his opinion as outlined in the "letter" regarding an assessment that was unfairly passed to homeowners at our association. Accused our residents of performing "illegal" activity that was approved and ordered by HOA board members in writing. Icing on the cake was actually drafting and mailing a certified letter to go out with someone else's name on it.

Guy Shir has been representing or rather misrepresenting the HOA i have a unit at. Very rude, unprofessional, misrepresentation of the issues - these are just some issues I observed. Was contemplating to file a complaint with the Florida Bar, I have not done it yet.
