The cashier there was very rude. I left my glasses in one of the fitting rooms as they were locking them up so I asked if they could quickly unlock it for me. When the woman unlocked it for me, she saw all the hangers on the floor and asked if I had left them there. When I told her no, she said “yea right, you were the last one in there, THANKS” in the rudest manner. Through the whole encounter, I could tell she had something against me even behind the register. She had been nice to other customers while I was waiting so I thought there would be no issue but maybe she just doesn’t like Asians since I had done nothing to her. This behavior shocked me as they were in there from the previous guests and I had only brought 4 items in and left nothing behind. My friend remembers her from another goodwill since we shop there a lot and said she has been rude to many other people too. Maybe that’s why they transferred her to another location. If you hate your job that much, quit. No need to rub your misery on other people.
Smells very very bad. I would never touch the clothes. The price is outrageous for garbage. If your a thrifter dont go here... wast of time.
Dropped off some house hold goods here yesterday. I like the set up with plenty of parking space and the tented area. Large containers are marked for different items.
Lots of clothes, sports equipment and, well everything pretty much under the sun, I picked up a bike trainer for $15 “such a deal
*It becomes Expensive now... Flea Market is better... *Very Crowded recent Holydays; People is getting more hardship now. *****Good for Job Starting for People.
We went to drop off some items and purchase others. Unfortunately the receiving dock was closed and so we have to go back another day to donate. Perhaps Goodwill can work out an internal system so that whenever the store is open they can receive goods too? On the purchasing front I was looking for sunglasses and shorts but slim pickings in rugged men's shorts, medium size, and only one pair of sunglasses but they were scratched. But my wife found two pairs of jeans and a belt and sunglasses, so am glad for her. And the prices are always good.
THIS STORE HAS BED BUGS!! REAL TALK. I bought a sofa and love seat here paid 70 dollars . I'm thinking wow what a deal. When I got it home and sat on it within minutes I had bites on my back turns out both sofa and love seat were infested it was horrible. I called the store twice now and the manager is off today both times. The staff there though is very courteous and helpful when I was buying it they loaded it up for me and couldn't ask for better customer service
Found some great gently used clothes for my daughter.
Always find treasure here. Especially, if you have patience! I have gotten most of our furniture from here and gently used movies and clothes. What a bargain!
This Goodwill is one of the Bay Area's largest and nicely stocked. It's clean, organized, has a variety of items not just your Target close- outs or past seasons but items that have a bit more Personality and Posh!!! Be careful to watch for pricing accuracy- if an item is priced higher than what it would typically sell for on retail clearance- than speak up! Remember... It's up to us thrifters to make things right- say something when a thrift store is pricing items too high they get for FREE or .lbs on the $. This is not right! Know your pricing, brand, designers and your local retail market and you will have a great time thrifting! ... And remember, check out "Tattered to Trendy" on Poshmark.
