Very warm, welcoming, and professional! From my initial phone call, new patient intake process, clinical care, and education, I couldn't be more pleased. The practice is very efficient with systems in place to get you in and out without feeling rushed. At each and every step, they ask if I have any questions,explain, and then ask again before moving on. Great experience. This is how healthcare should be

This was my second time going to a chiropractor and I must say that this place rocks! My first experience was not good so I was extremely hesitant about going to another one due to being in a accident that someone ran into the back of me. The entire staff that I came in contact with made me feel welcome and relaxed. They took their time and explained things to me to start off with. Next, the doctor was very nice, friendly and took time to fully understand my painful condition in which he made me feel better about what I was looking at to get healed. After the second day coming, my wife decided to sign up as well because he took time to listen to her condition which was separate from the accident I was in. As long as I live in Columbus this will definitely be a life long monthly relationship.

All the staff there are great and helpful and make sure you and them are on the same page to get you back too a better life.

Very nice facility. Staff at the front desk was very pleasant. Pricing is reasonable.....However, and this is a big however, I was very unhappy with how I was spoken to by the chiropractor that treated me. I purchased a Groupon and went for my two scheduled appointments. During the second appointment , the doc and I went over my treatment plan. He insisted that I commit to 4-5 adjustments per week for the first month. Fine, but when this equates to around $800 - $900/ month, this is not feasible. I kindly explain that I'd like to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks out and continue at that pace for the time being. I expected the doc to provide understanding and willingness to work with my budget, especially since I expressed every interest in continuing treatmentjust at a less aggressive pace due to cost.I received a much different response. I was met with criticism and the chiropractor even had the nerve to question my commitment to my own health. I was met with responses such as, but not limited to: "Well Jon, that's just too bad. When you're ACTUALLY ready to commit to your health, feel free to reach out," and "When you're ready to ACTUALLY improve your health, let me know." He clearly did not like my budget... Fact remains, everyone has a budget and we all have our limits. NO ONE should be belittled and spoken to as I was. I will respectfully take my spine elsewhere.

I wanted to wait until my second appointment with Graceland Chiropractic before forming any full opinions on their care provided. I called in and was greeted very warmly over the phone. I was explained to that they are a “no balance office”, meaning you pay your bill up front before being seen. They accepted my insurance and are in network I have a deductible and my first visit was $120 and visits thereafter start at $50 for my specific insurance. They got me in the same week I called. I chose this particular place, because of the amount of great reviews they have had over the years, and let me tell you what…they live up to their reputation. Upon entering, their receptionist greeted me and walked me through everything. Then I met Dr. Emily who I was hoping to get bc her reviews are amazing. She was very kind and very relatable she was professional, but down to earth and that made me very comfortable. She talked to me like a normal person and walked me through EVERYTHING, on my first visit. She treated me with respect and went into detail about everything I’m not a chiropractor and I don’t know what anything means, and she made sure I knew. We did a thorough talk in her private office about my history with my body and then headed to get x-rays which she goes into detail on the second visit. Then I was adjusted and fully set up on how I may be feeling over the next few days I felt pain the next day, but a good kind of pain, that’s similar to working out. Today was my second visit and Dr. Emily had the same energy as the first visit which is very important to me. She talked me through EVERY SINGLE DISK in all of my images and explained everything and answered all of my questions. We went over an estimated treatment timeline, pricing, scheduling and add-ons I highly recommend the table that stretches your back before the treatment begins, but I forget what it’s called. She was very clear in her communication, but still very kind and I really appreciate that. Dr.Emily’s adjustments are something I’ve never felt before with other Chiro doctors I usually leave crying after an adjustment, but not with this Wonder Woman doctor. She is gentle, but with enough force to get the job done. Usually I leave a Chiro in a lot of pain, and even on my second adjustment, I left feeling great even though everyone is different. Dr. Emily also remembered details about my personal life that genuinely made me feel like she cared about me, and that solely is the reason I’ll continue to come back. If I know someone cares, then I know they’ll treat me appropriately with my medical care. Upon entering both times I was lightly offered a last minute opening with their licensed massage therapist I wasn’t pressured at all. I declined the first time, but opted in this time. Today I saw Vanessa, and she was great! We chatted through most of my massage, because that makes me more comfortable, and I could tell she pays attention to how her clients prefer to be treated. She did a lot of work on my problem areas, and I left feeling rejuvenated and extremely calm. If you’re still reading into this long review: you will not be disappointed in making this your new chiropractic care facility. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Emily and Vanessa, because of my personal experience with them. However, I’m sure everyone there is great, as well!

These folks are great! I've only been going there for a couple weeks, and I'm already feeling better. Chiropractor is magic! Dr. Emily is fantastic and very clear. Excited for more wellness in my life.

I was place with Dr. Emily. She is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and a lot of fun to talk too. I don’t feel judged and I feel like she has my best interest in mind. I am feeling better already. Looking forward to no more pain.

I would like to rate this place 10 stars if I could. We absolutely love this place! It's very nice and clean inside. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and professional. My daughter Shayla and I have been seeing Dr. Josh Spieles twice a week for our achy necks and back pains. He's truly AMAZING! He's very nice, helpful, and experienced. For our first visit there, he took our x-rays to find out what was the causes of our problems that we are having. He then performed our physical exams and explained thoroughly what we needed to do to get better. We are very happy and pleased to come here. I will definitely highly recommend this spectacular place to all my friends, family, and relatives.

I met with Dr. Emily Powers she was so friendly n gave a lot of information, took very good care. Very much understanding & makes us feel comfortable. Definitely a best place to be.
