Massage Envy - Worthington Mall

I've been a member of Massage Envy for only a few months now - but I love it! I look forward to my monthly massage as soon as I schedule it. I have seen a few different massage therapists at the Worthington location and all have been very nice, professional and good at their job. Emma is my go-to therapist now. She is so talented and is their most massage therapist. She is friendly and remembers my trouble spots from the previous sessions even if it's on my file and her notes. She still brought up things that we had talked about int he previous session. I appreciate the professionalism she brings! All in all, great experiences!

I went in for last minute gift card for my mom. The staff was super friendly and helpful even though I came in 15 minutes before closing. I've never had a bad experience with Massage Envy.

I made an appointment and had to cancel 3 hours before due to taking my mother to the hospital. I told them this and the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and told me that it didn’t matter, they would be charging me anyway though I said I would be rescheduling online. I will never recommend Massage Envy.

I have a $75 gift card that I would like to redeem. I have been trying to call the Worthington location and no one is picking up. I, also, tried to schedule an appointment on line and the website in not working. I kept getting an error on their end. No impressed at all, and I was considering getting a member ship with them, now, I am not so sure I will. Frustrating.

Worth every penny; i enjoy deep tissue and they gave me a treat. When time is a factor, this is the place.
