My wife and I had a marvelous experience here on the Sunday evening of the Memorial Day weekend. We arrived around 6:00 P.M. and were seated in about 5 minuets. Most of the tables were occupied when we got there. Our waitress Heidi was at the table taking our drinks order within a couple of minutes. She was able to answer our questions about their beer selection and offered additional samples which we took her up on before our dinner arrived. I had the coffee stout which I enjoyed and my wife had their pale ale which she liked. We both had a second round and I had the chocolate blueberry stout which we had sampled earlier it was very tasty! For dinner I had the fish and chips and a bowl of chili and my wife had their special of a salmon steak on a tostada shell with a fruit salsa. We would both order the same again. While we waited for dinner, 20 minuets?, Heidi brought us small samples of the, vodka, gin and whiskey they have started brewing the gin was the best! Noting some of the negative reviews about service and food, we had exceptional service and tasty well prepared food. There were at least 4 Waite staff and several other food runners, there was no lack of staff and I observed the 2 closest to our table checking with their tables often to see if they needed anything. Alcohol is the theme of the restaurant but the food is good also. There was a solo singer guitar player who was easy to listen to, not to loud.

No lighting, no service. Decent beer and onion rings. Hopefully they'll sort out their issues.
Arrived at 6:15 to barely full restaurant, with about 6 waiters, seated immediately and was no re-approached us till 6:30. We ordered two beer flights, a Moscow mule, red wine, and onion rings. Once our order was placed, she walked back up the front, no longer to be found for another 15 minutes--bringing people back to other tables. She eventually brought us waters, and said the POS wasn't working the the bartender didn't receive our order. Later our onion rings were brought by the bartender, and with only two plates. 10 minutes later our drinks showed. The beer flights were all mixed up and on the same paddle, the wine, and the a "canyon mule." The mule was not vodka and ginger. It was definitely gin and something. The onion rings only has two plates. See image to see me eating off a napkin. And then she disappeared into the sunset.
The bartenders were clearly better than the waiters. They were literally serving more tables. And were actually knowledgeable of what beers they had and what was in stock.
Lastly the lighting, it was so dark we could barely read our menus. See attached image.

This was a neat place. There were 12 of us. They were able to sit us all close together. My husband and I had beer and burgers. The food was good. This place you were able to bring kids.

Great Beer. Lousy service.
Stopped in with friends after a 17 mile Grand Canyon hike. Seemed fitting. The beer selection and quality were excellent and refreshing.
However, it was annoying having to chase our waitress down for food orders, additional drinks or the check. Fries were cold but didn't want to wait for a replacement. They would have made more money if they had better service. We are unlikely to return.

This place is awesome! Was a little nervous from the recent reviews, but we couldn’t be happier we decided to give it a go! Fastest service I think I’ve honestly ever received. Great beers (and during happy hour from 2pm - 6pm they’re only $3) plus an incredible selection to choose from especially the seasonals! Happy hour also has great pretzel combo or chili cheese fries. Can’t go wrong. Get here any time & you won’t be disappointed!
