Terrible. You walk in the lobby and it reeks of smoke, but that's the beast part of it because it just goes downhill from there. The rooms are old and outdated and the bed is like a rock. Add to that and its in an area where you don't feel the safest. And the icing on the cake, the "breakfast." All there was was week old bread and one oof those commercial toasters that you have to let warm up first, and of course it wasn't on. Definitely would not recommend. There's a lot of hotels that are better lit and are much nicer right around the corner. Go to one of those

Bad maid service and you will have to walk around building from where you park after 12pm. Need to have a key code door for where you park to get inside for guests. Breakfast only offers coffee cearal and toast. Would not recommend a long stay.

Great price for an ever growing Fargo, staff is wonderful. Staying there for a spell, and have always felt welcome.
