Red Roof Inn Fargo

The room was clean and comfortable. When we were there we had hoped to use the hot tub after a long day of driving but it was down for service. We did enjoy the pool on this trip. It was large and heated. The continental breakfast provided the next morning was plentiful but a little bland. They provided cereal, bagels, yogurt, sausage and eggs and waffles.

Had a second floor room, no elevator. Ice machine and vending machines located on main floor. Has a pool and hot tub and a fitness room. Good breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, cereal, fruit, yogourt. Small rooms, large shower, in room coffee, hair dryer, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good value. Was taken aback by the envelope on the in room desk requesting a tip for house keeping, have never encountered this before.

For $55 a night, this is great place! I was able to get truck driver discount, usually price is $66. Also available parking for semis.

It's a decent hotel and we got a good price. It's a little run down, but not bad. The window in our room had obviously been jimmied before, which was a little worrisome. Nice large shower, and the bed was comfortable.

Left an expensive item in the room I stayed in. I called the next day and the worker at the front desk said she would talk to housekeeping and look for the lost item and then return my call, which she did not. I then called later that day and another worker said the room was recently occupied for the next 3 days and they could not look for my item because of the new people staying. There is clearly a lack of communication between the workers at the front desk. Also very rude on the phone offering no customer service. I am also very surprised the housekeeping did not put it in the lost and found, rather than probably throwing it away. Will not be returning.
