Dr. Boutell is a very good and down to earth doctor. He'll explain something, and sometimes I'll have a hard time understanding it, tell him, and he'll make sure that I do understand. He shows sympathy and compassion. And does what he's able to, to help you. Pam at the front desk, who also tasks blood sometimes it wonderful too.
