Your phone system is horrible. It obviously doesn't meet the patient demands. I am sure sharing operators with Battle Creek doesn't help. Half your staff is an embarrassment to the Medical Profession. Treatment process is set for VA success i.e to make it seem like your are doing the right thing, and not IS NOT set to benefit POST 9/11 Veterans. With 22 Veterans a day committing suicide you are part of the problem and not the solution. I really hope these issues can get resolved and you provide my brothers and sister better service than you provided me.

Had a Colonoscopy this morning, No waiting, was in a few minutes early and the staff from Dr. Cammell and all of the Nurses were outstanding. Thanks for making this as painless as possible.

This is not the first time they done this to me. A couple days after I ordered my meds, they want me to go to the lab and do my lab work before it's due!(6months) or they won't give me my meds! With my condition it's very painful to get dressed and drive there. This is why I try to schedule my labs the same day I have another appointment and two weeks before my primary appointment. It's so wrong to tell a vet he won't get his meds, that are due, until I go to the lab. If they want me to do labs don't wait until I ordered my meds. Notify me earlier so I can make arrangements. Do these people even care?

My husband is here for his annual check up today. He has had great care through here and feels so comfortable coming here. Any questions he has, have been taken care of. As I sit in the waiting area, I am so impressed with the staff. They have been so kind and helpful to those coming in. I'm so grateful to see how our Veterans are being treated today. ..at THIS facility, by this staff.
