Dr Cox is amazing. However, his staff is horrible. Once again we've been waiting over a week for someone to call back about an appointment. I finally asked for a referral to someone else as I'd like my child to have her newest hearing issue checked and a plan put together sometime this year. Dr. Cox did the placement and removal of my daughter's tubes so we've been seeing him for over 5 years now. No more. His staff is rude and just awful to deal with.

I have seen Dr Cox for Septoplasty. I could barely breath out of my right nostril and also had issues breathing from the left nostril too. Dr Cox performed surgery last Thursday 5/10/18 and 1 week later I can freely breath from both sides of my nose now. I also have had to use a CPAP due to my breathing issues and snored like a freight train. This is also now corrected. I know this may be a one in a lifetime surgery fix, but he is amazing at what he does!! He is also a very nice man!. I would recommend him to any family. friend, or even stranger that needs a good nose doctor!!!

I have seen Dr Cox since my little girl was 7 months old! He performed surgery and the outcome was astonishing! He was done, before, I could drink my coffee! happiest day ever! Then, my six year old had surgery by him and once again, everything went great! Dr. Cox, is very sweet, kind, caring and compassionate and amazing!!!

My son had his tonsils & adenoids out today. Dr. Cox was very professional, caring, and great with my son. I was shocked when he called at 7:30 pm to see how he was doing. Seems like such a warm caring guy. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

Dr. Cox is a good doctor. His staff is the problem. We waited 45 minutes to be seen on our initial visit, nobody seemed to care that a 2pm appointment turned into a 245 appointment with an infant. We needed tubes put in my infants ears and Dr. Cox's office scheduled the surgery. The day before surgery I spoke with the surgeon's office at 9 a.m. and was given pre-surgery instructions. Two hours later we get a call saying it has been canceled and there is nothing we can do about it we tried calling back to figure everything out and got the runaround from an extremely rude receptionist from dr. Cox's office. Dr Cox is not the problem it is his unorganized and unprofessional staff. I was nervous going into the appointment as I've read this has been a problem for several of their patients on reviews unfortunately my fears were confirmed for practices and unfortunate.
