Metro Health Southwest

This is not an urgent care, as listed. However, if you need an appointment with the doctor, and you are an established patient of this office, they will usually see you that day or the next. Friendly staff, the doctors are knowledgeable and understanding. I am a patient of internal medicine. I see Dr Albrecht or his assistant Christina Haan, who is especially good and a very understanding doctor who cares for her patients.

Usually have a minimum of 30 min wait just to get into the exam room. Today was 51mins and we were just waiting to get a shot. Can be very difficult to get through to get an appointment with historically long wait times on hold. Care seems to be okay just need to have a better run office.

My Dr there is awesome but his support staff is horrible. They don't do their jobs. No call backs and prescriptions are sent to wrong places.

If I could give zero stars to the customer service for when you call in, I would in a heart beat. The nurses and doctors are great when I come in, but when I call, I receive absolute rude, terrible customer service every time. And just had it again. I have put up with it multiple times, but it has gotten to the point where they literally do not even care one bit what they are saying to you on the phone. It is terrible, literally one of the worst customer service experiences you could possibly have when you call this place. And I just told the last lady this on the phone that I talked to there and she goes, "Right."
