Wyoming Family Medicine

I've been going here for many years. Recently it changed from a private practice to Mercy health partners. Still the same faces and still great service. Just need to update the contact info here :)

I have been going to this office two to three times a year for the past five years and I think I have been able to see my own doctor four times. He never seems to be available which has not been too horrible as all of the doctors are nice enough. The problem stems from calling repeatedly for and hour to an hour and a half and spending almost as much time on hold. This has happened the last two times I have gone in there. The first of those times I arrived to an empty lobby/waiting room 15 minutes before I was schedule to see the doctor. I waited 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment before finally going back during which time two others signed in after I arrived and were called back before me. This is an issue when I am there on my lunch. This last time I arrived 10 minutes early again to an empty lobby/waiting room. After 30 minutes and three newcomers going in before me I had had enough and told the lady behind the desk as much. Instead of getting some relief I left still feeling horrible and now I was angry and would end up being 20 minutes late returning to work which would not have been an issue if I had actually been seen by a doctor. Very disappointing last two visits. It is doubtful that I will be returning to this office and will be looking for a new doctor.

I started seeing Dr. Peter Lundeen at Wyoming Family Medicine in the early 1980's. I have visited this office annually or bi-annually since then and have always been treated with utmost respect. The Doctors, nurses and administrative staff are very helpful and informative. I will continue to visit this office and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a family doctor.
