We visited Mark Dodds for the purpose of restating our Revocable Trusts which had not been updated for many years and were out of date as to our wishes.  We had a few very unusual situations we wanted to cover in our Trusts. Mark did an excellent job of understanding our desires and explaining options we may not have considered. He listens and is not an egotist like may lawyers are.  His knowledge of the law is also excellent.  We discussed a price for his services which was reasonable and the final bill was exactly as agreed.

We would strongly recommend Mark Dodds to anybody who has somewhat complicated trusts and or wills.  Also, by being with other lawyers, we feel that in his absence they would also be able to meet our needs.

Atty. David Grant handled our estate planning in a timely manner. We just moved to Nevada and did not know any attorney. His reviews on Google were excellent and decided to make an appointment. I did not regret after meeting up with him, He was very professional  and his fees were reasonable.

Mr. Grant was of great help in setting up my Trust and completing forms and documents related to my husband’s passing.  He always maintained a high level of competence and professionalism, as well as empathy and understanding for my situation.  His office staff was also very helpful and courteous.

I would definitely recommend his services to others.
