As our Will and Family Trust needs have evolved over the years, we have used three different lawyers. But we recently have had the pleasure of using the Samuel A. Marshall, Esq. law firm for our latest updates. Sam was very attentive and responsive to our needs and desires. He also informed and presented to us some of the latest means of protecting our assets. This reinforced to us that he listened sufficiently and had our best interests at heart. Sam’s finished product was head and shoulders above that of any of our previous lawyers. Instead of being handed a bunch of stapled papers, Sam provided us with a complete personalized binder with cover that was indexed with all our papers in order and had room for other documents for us to include and keep safe, as well as digital copies. We found his demeanor very pleasant, personable, and professional.

We had difficulty getting a Trust attorney to call us back. Not so with Sam Marshall who immediately returned our call and understood our needs. We were handling changes to both our Trust and for an elderly family member’s Trust. We worked well with him and he met us at our family member’s domicile so as not to disturb her routine. He didn’t just download a boiler plate trust off the internet and fill in the blank spaces, he created a document explicitly for us and tailored it to fit our needs. He explained the law and his reasoning for his suggestions in a manner that was easily understood. All in all, Sam is accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, offered sound advice after listening to our wishes all while making us feel comfortable with him. We have no problem recommending Sam to anyone as we are committed to him as our family attorney and strongly recommend him for his integrity, pleasant manner and knowledge of the law.

When you read all the reviews about Sam Marshall you feel more confident about contacting him, primarily due to them all being 5-Star.  When you talk to him on the phone you feel even more confident about making an appointment with him.  When you meet with him in person you ‘know’ he is the right Estate Planning Attorney and you’ve made the right decision.  He listens to you and cares about your wishes, and he discusses in depth the correct way to ‘make sure’ your Trust clearly and legally reflects everything you want.  The first and last thing that came to mind about Sam Marshall is his Caring Professionalism.

My wife and I are extremely happy with The Marshall Law Office.  We came to Sam with what seemed like a myriad of estate problems and he quickly and easily answered our questions and, most importantly, found excellent solutions.  Sam is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and one of the nicest guys we've ever met.  We can't recommend him highly enough, and we plan to be his clients for a very long time.

We recently worked with Sam Marshall to update our various estate planning documents.  Sam was very responsive and easy to work with.  He patiently provided clear and detailed answers to all of our questions and concerns.  We appreciated receiving both paper and electronic copies of the various documents.  I can recommend Sam without reservation.
