Ken Ashworth is a qualified and professional attorney in Las Vegas who has been practicing law for over 25 years.  One of the best probate lawyers in Vegas.  Highly recommended.

Ken Ashworth was REMANDED by the Better Business Bureau for being a lying thieving scum bag attorney.  Ken Ashworth, who was my attorney for over 10 years, claimed the following in the BBB Complaint:

"Mr. Ken Ashworth has not served as Mr. Moore's attorney on this matter. Mr. Ashworth has never given Mr. Moore any legal advice or served in the attorney role because Mr. Moore has never given the firm any money. Mr. Moore never brought money to Mr. Ashworth".

And he goes on to say, "If there was ever a potential situation during the 15-year relationship where Mr. Ashworth might have acted in some attorney role, he never intended to. Such situations would have been purely incidental. Mr. Moore neither retained as, nor ever paid, Mr. Ashworth for legal services. Therefore, Mr. Ashworth never intended to enter an attorney-client relationship."

Then I produce several PAID invoices showing that I paid Ken R. Ashworth & Associates over $5000. I then prove that Ken Ashworth had a fiduciary responsibility to protect me and my ideas.  But because Ken is so connected, I might as well be an ant.

Bottom line, KEN ASHWORTH lied and stole my Intellectual Property and sold it in a nefarious manner.  The evidence is clear and convincing.  But because I don't have $1M to sue Ken Ashworth with, and since he is so 'connected' to the corrupt Nevada Bar, I have no recourse but these futile complaints.

KNOW THIS - The idea has since proven to generate $150M in 2016.

Please be aware the Ken Ashworth is a philandering excommunicated Mormon, who's grand daddy was a Hard Money Loan Shark, and Mormon Mobster Bankster, who founded the Nevada State Bank.  Ken Aswhorth is a corrupt and evil man who deserves to be behind bars for life.
