Graycar Travel is the place to go! They planned our vacation and I have to say hands down it was the best yet! They are knowledgeable about the locations and properties they work with and made the entire process smooth sailing. Our next trip we will definitely be booking with them again, and I highly recommend you do too! :)

I want to thank everyone at Graycar Travel for giving me and my family a great vacation. Trying to navigate the Internet for vacation packages is a complete nightmare. I was beyond grateful when a close friend recommended them. Everyone there was very friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful. After explaining what my family and I were looking for, the agent who assisted us recommended Punta Cana. We stayed at Dreams Palm Beach Resort, all inclusive. It was beyond any expectation. The price was affordable and the place was beautiful. I highly recommend anyone looking to travel to use this agency. You will not be disappointed. Thank you!!!

I was trying to book a trip to Costa Rica through this agency and from the beginning the lady name Margie was very rude to me. She had an attitude for no reason whatsoever. If someone is trying to bring business to you, why treat them rude? I understand people go to agencies all the time and never book anything. However that is no reason to be rude or disrespectful. I am still planning my trip and I will be more than happy to take me and my party of 14 people to an agency that is willing to give me a good deal and treat me with some respect. I do not recommend this agency due to the lack of professionalism. However if you decide to please deal with a different agent.
