Better not run out of your medication. It takes them 48-72 hours to send a piece of paper from the second floor down to the first floor to their pharmacy. They really need more government oversight within this agency. I mean some strict regulations. I was basically accused today of being a drug dealer or pill abuser by their head of compliance just because I didn’t know I ran out of refills. She said in her own words, “You should have not ran out before your next appointment. Why are you short on medication? How come you’re out of medicine?” The woman didn’t even bother to even check when my last appointment was or to see how many refills I was ACTUALLY given. The woman doesn’t realize making those kinds of insuations could be considered slanderous. This is their quality control spokesman?! So basically I and others like me can expect to have our medicines withheld from us for up to 72 hours at a time. I think someone should turn them into the federal government.

This place is a disgrace. Many times I have run out of meds and they just don’t do anything about it. The staff sucks and is very unhelpful. Worst place I have ever been to for medication. Don’t come here if you can help it.

Total dump. Seems like all the junkies go here for their withdrawal meds. Had an appointment for my kids and me and cancelled because upon leaving I was approached by an addict begging money so she could "buy a dime" I DON'T THINK SO.

been going there for years they closed my son's case because he didn't want to go therapy but I talk to him and he said he would go I called his therapist and her voice mail said that she was on leave then I got a letter saying that his case was closed I have called her multiple times to get him back in or at least for a referral to get his meds somewhere else and I have not got a call back without his meds he is having problems at home and school

This place is garbage. No available doctor in the office to prescribe medications. Makes it very hard to treat a diagnosis. Very inexperienced staff. Can't properly diagnose or treat people. They will not fill paperwork for the disabled. If you want to actually better yourself this is not the place to go. Thankfully I at least know when I need mental help and am willing to travel a little further for more appropriate care
