I am so impressed with the friendly, patient oriented service. They really go above and beyond.... from the front desk, to the nurses, doctors and all the way to the weekend oncall doctors. A happy patient here!

Will never go here again. Went here to seek help but instead, got criticized. If I could give zero stars I would. I've worked everything from law enforcement to medical field. I would never treat an inmate or patient the way they treated me today. The woman who scheduled me an appt was reluctant to even do that bc I recently received a pap....that's besides the point. I'm having complications NOW. It's a shame that I drove from wake county for this BS. Never again.

I've been a patient for 5+ years and have been pleased with all staff I've come into contact with before, during, and after my pregnancy!

Long post* I have been going here since 2013. I have always seen Dr Whitley and up until this point it's been okay service. Regular pap smears and refill on birth control pills. She was the one who diagnosed me with PCOS in '13. Fast forward to now and I'm having all sorts of bleeding issues and personal concerns I will post here. The place is obviously slammed with way too many patients and I work in health care myself so I understand. They put me up with Deborah Ward, PA instead of Dr Whitley. Ward was so rude and condescending. She didn't any of my concerns she told me to lose weight....... She did a few tests and sent me on my way. All tests came back normal and she never followed back up with me even though I messaged her multiple times on the patient portal. I was still having the issue! I eventually went to my employee clinic where they diagnosed me with an obvious issue and got me the meds I needed (needed a week ago!) I was better for a time and got worse again. I called the office in a panic as my employer clinic could no longer help and told me I need an ObGYn so I called desperate for an appointment with Dr. Whitley. They scheduled me TWO months out! I keep the appointment and keep suffering with no other choice. The DAY of the appointment the secretary calls basically trying to talk me out of my appt "is this really necessary".... YES IT IS. during my appt Dr. W is clearly rushing and blowing through my appt. I saw her for maybe 8 minutes total. Her solution was the same thing it always is- let's change your birth control. She's like trying to walk out the door before I'm done asking questions and I'm telling her I think this has to do with my PCOS she literally tells me PCOS is not that big of a deal. (NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL?! Really? Talk about a slap in the face when it consumes my health issues!) Call back if the problem persists! She asks me my pharmacy and I tell her. Two days and still my pharmacy does not have it. I call the office and sure enough she sent it the WRONG pharmacy. One I used yearssss ago. She clearly was not listening to me! I am so frustrated with the way I have been treated here since having this issue. Do not recommend unless it's easy routine work.

Dr. Haskins was awesome! She delivered my baby girl and helped me, (Dad), through the experience! It was definitely life-changing. Everyone at this clinic has been awesome taking care of my wife. We cannot be more happy with this clinic. A huge THANKS to dr Haskin and all of the staff.
