Greyhound: Bus Station

Me and a friend had bought tickets to go from Hartford CT to Manhattan NY. We got the 7am tickets so we could arrive early and still have time to go sight seeing. We got there at about 645 am and went to the booth to find out there was a 3 hour delay. We were both upset but waited it out. 5 HOURS LATER our bus arrives and everyone is tired and clearly pissed off. I called the company to receive a refund because the worker at the both said that the 7am bus is never on time. (I still have not received the refund when i was told it would be in my account in 2 weeks) after the wait were finally on our way when one woman spoke up and asked why they had skipped her stop in New haven come to find out the bus driver had the wrong directions and we had to TURN AROUND!! It was already 3PM and we were still in CT. After we were back on the road to NY the bus driver had to make another stop for gas and it was already 5pm. We didn't arrive in NY until 6pm. We were devastated. Never riding the Greyhound bus line again

Arrived here and it wasn’t even opened, my bus was due to leave at 7:30 am they were supposed to be opened at seven my bus arrives and it still wasn’t open, I ask the driver if there was a different way to purchase a ticket due to the inside being closed he told me it wasn’t his problem that they were closed and I should have bought a ticket yesterday. A women finally comes in three minutes before the bus leaves and opens the ticket center 🤦🏻‍♀️ Worst greyhound experience I’ve ever had

I had a good experience here. The station was clean and beautiful, the bus was on time, my only problem was that the electrical outlets on the bus didn't work. Bus wifi slow but functional. Everyone complains in these reviews about the tiny seating area, and while this is true, the bus terminal is part of a train station with seating for over 200 people, just walk further into the station.

It even don't deserve a star. I would never take this bus again. I am in their bus 86064. Its freezing cold inside the bus. We told the driver twice about the problem, first he said its heating up, later he told that he will raise the temperature. Already two hours on trip, and we are already getting sick of this cold. I can feel mild breeze of very cold around my lega. Ugh. The worst travel experience ever.
