New Haven location : A bunch of incompetent workers . Too scared to allow you to speak to a supervisor and Erica is a nasty uneducated worker there that would never have that energy to a parent in person . Bus drivers don’t do their job correctly I have to keep calling to make sure they’re even showing up. Just a bunch of clowns .
I am the mother of a special needs child in kindergarten whom has to be picked up in the front of the home. I was given an eta of 6:53 I have waited 20mins before and 20 mins after and no driver has come. I have tried to leave messages for this company and to no avail. This company is the worst and I worked at bus company in Bridgeport so I know protocol. This company has no accountability no respect or consideration for the parents and still has the nerve to call themselves “The leader in School Bus Transportation.” That is a Joke!
They need to revamp and hire ALL NEW STAFF! down to the bus drivers. Their attitudes are disgusting, will be filing a formal complaint.
They never answer the phone. What in the world? They don’t care and this company that transports our children. How is this okay? Time to call the state and make a report cause this is not okay.
Buses are inconsistent, not enough drivers to cover the routes and from an outside perspective, they only have bus issues when we need them the most.
They don't answer the phone when you need to know what is going on with the bus. They give you the wrong information. The new bus drivers have no idea how to drive a bus.
THEY NEED TO FIRE EVERY PERSON AT THIS COMPANY ! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE
