AWFUL! It was my first time taking the best from Waterbury to NY. I won’t complain about the bus ride , but the guy that sold the tickets at the Waterbury bus station was awfu , please hire someone else! Just rude to everyone , and when the bus came he told the bus driver to , “ get these people out of here so he can go home” , don’t work for a company if you don’t enjoy it .

Only thing that I feel.they should fix is having to wait for the bus driver to get back on the bus every stop. We will be waiting from anywhere from 10-15min on the bus driver. And all you see from the bus is them socialising at that desk.
