Northeast Transportation Company also part of CT TRANSIT, bus service for the greater New Haven County, their bus service is impeccable and spot on! The drivers are extremely friendly, and if you have a question they try their best to answer questions if they don't have the answer they will find out and get back to you! The buses are all wheelchair accessible, and the drivers are safety conscious and wheelchair certified as far as people who are in wheelchairs. Every driver is friendly to the passengers. They don't drive fast, or in a hurry either. They are very safety conscious as far as driving as well.
