Temple St and Crown St

I was here today at the CT Tickets and Information Booth and the lady that attended to me was very polite and courteous. This is where you get all tickets for the CT transit bus. It’s located in the new haven green and pretty crowded too. It’s pretty close to the road and can be seen from a vehicle in normal traffic.

Bus drivers are rude. Transit districts aren't interchangeable, I.e. you can't buy a monthly pass in Bridgeport and use it in New Haven. I go to school in Bridgeport, live in West Haven ,and work in Milford. I bought a monthly pass. I can't use it on the CT transit NH bus lines to go to work then transfer to school. Also Saturday and Sundays busses stop at 530. I walk 4 miles home from work.

CTTRANSIT consistently fails me every week. I've been late to work even when planning ahead due to late busses. I am making a valiant effort to see that the low-quality leaders of this company change their minds about business tactics.

Hey, CT transit! since the J that runs from Waterbury to New Haven is consistently 30 minutes late, don't you think it'd be a novel idea to run them every half hour instead of every hour? or are you just gonna cut service and jack up rates again?

Goes to lots of places, and lots of different routes, just very infrequent and sometimes a little late. Buses are somewhat new, and good customer service.
