This is the only transit facility at which I've truly worried for my personal safety. As with most Greyhound stations, it is located in a not-so-upscale part of town, which on its own does not concern me. However, it was staffed on both days I went through by the same single attendant who was not especially attentive. On the arrival date, I was picked up after a brief wait, but for my departure, I arrived early as Greyhound recommends... and then the bus was 45 minutes late, so it was a long visit.
There were a number of people fighting loudly immediately outside the glass storefront, people coming in begging for money, people inside arguing out loud with themselves, etc. The attendant frequently went to a back room, but the above all happened while he was present.
There is a bathroom in a supply closet in the way back of the waiting area, behind numerous poorly stacked shipping containers. Given the steady stream of people off the street using it, I chose to skip it, so can't say what condition it was in. There are no vending machines, but there were benches to sit on (I guess I can give it credit for that at least).
I've spent a fair amount of time in a number of transit centers in some lousy areas, and while always cautious as a woman frequently traveling alone, this honestly was the only place I've felt truly scared for my safety.
Oh, one other note: they do shipping (hence the big stack of boxes), but I sure wouldn't use them. While waiting to stow luggage under the bus, I watched the driver and attendant remove the boxes that had been shipped - including watching them toss onto the sidewalk several items clearly marked "fragile."

Helpful staff, had a bit of an issue due to the winter storm and not being able to drop off a package on the requested day. Was able to set me up with pickup the next day without hassle

Save yourself the trouble and don't do any business with greyhound. Seriously, RUN!! There's megabus, the chinabus, and amtrak. Save yourself the hassle and horrible customer service experience. This particular location is open whenever it wants to be and not according to the schedule up on their website or on their door.
Once I bought a ticket online leaving from this station (it was snowing heavily on this particular day, I even ended up having to buy boots from a store nearby), when I arrived, of course the station was closed. I went to the taxi station next door to it and they told me I should still wait because the bus usually still comes even when the office is closed. I got there at 530pm. My bus was scheduled to leave at 7pm. I waited until 8pm. The bus never arrived. I even called greyhound customer service. They didn't know the office was closed. They told me to ask someone at the help desk. Then he had the nerve to question me as if I was lying about the office being closed. "Are you sure it's closed?" SMFH. He wasn't even able to track the bus either. Couldn't contact anyone to let me know if I should continue to wait or go home. I decided to go home after waiting 3+ hours. Came back the next morning, they told me the bus was canceled. They never refunded me my money.

My first time and last time riding greyhound. Their service is horrible, the employees are not helpful and just plain rude. Our bus was delayed about 5hrs and none of the employees were able to explain as to why. If you are looking for a comfortable ride I recommend to use bus services like Peter Pan or even one of the Chinese bus companies avoid yourself the stress.
