New York City Transit Authority Surface Transit Headquarters

They use the excuse that they’re running the largest transit system in America all the time on tv interviews. It’s freaking frustrating every single morning trains are 20-30 mins behind schedule during rush hour! Their lack of efficiency and professionalism needs to be held accountable.

There is a driver on bus B54 that yesterday for a bit takes me with all bus. This happened yesterday. I like to shoot a photo of him on the bus. That was yesterday, Saturday at 12:50 pm in the clinton Hill stop. Brooklyn, that driver has to throw it out because You're not going to kill a person on the street I want the MTA to firee this man I have a photo of the bus

MTA IS SO OLD ITS NOT A LAUGHING MATTER . EDUCATION FOR METRO CARD USERS . When your card go up and down in the bus slot it is sucking money and fares off your card which i finally found that out today from a driver . When it is a malfunction and card just go up and down its dipping fares . I started out with 7.25 today took the train to the 82 bus it double dip my card ,time to go home bus to train i was short a fare and ask me to pay a dollar more ( WHAT FOR ) I was short ( HOW ) If MTA think they will get a extra dollar from me they will blow a gasket .' So if people are wondering that is the issue ,its not you its THE LOUSY M.T.A

Rock way blvd to many school. Kids they need get a big city bus that double deck bus. It not fair that I have to pay a fare ppl sneak to back door tomorrow I'm not going to pay the fare. I'll get on bus like every else for free
