No one there! Busses arrive so late, it is easier to pick up your loved one in the city

I was hesitant to book a ride with Greyhound after reading some of the reviews. The driver was a rookie, very conscientious and his supervisor was very calm. The trip from D.C. to NYC was great. The bus was clean as well as the bathrooms. I'd do this again.

I bought a ticket to Buffalo, New York from this location. . I took the subway from Hoyt Schimerhorn station 🚉 to 42nd port authority and boarded the bus from there. The station at Livingston st, Brooklyn has only 1 guy working over there. I think the bus rarely stops at that location.
