Took its bus from DC to NYC. The bus was late by 1 hour withour any traffic jams. Neither WiFi nor power bolt is working as promised. I would never took it if I knew its service is this poor.

No WiFI - Terrible and misleading service - prior to boarding and purchasing asked if Wi-Fi was working. Was told Yes, bought ticket boarded and there was no Wi-Fi for the 3 hr. Ride... never had that issue with Bolt Bus

Not bad. They have outlets to plug up your electronics. It was a quiet ride. & a good price. I'd ride it again.

Took Mega bus from Boston to NYC. The bus was late by 30 mins. When all other buses were on time at South station, Boston, they came out with a reason of heavy traffic for the delay. The driver who was actually throwing(it was suppose to be loading) the baggages handed over to him. Dang, thats how they handle the baggage? Then there were signs all over the bus for the free wifi and power outlets on board. It was frustrating when we knew the hot spot was not working. there was no announcement about the same. You have better alternatives for Mega bus if the trip is well planned.

I have rode Megabus multiple times, and I would say it's really inconsistent. The service would be okay for some rides, but for some rides, the bus would arrive late, take unscheduled stops, and arrive at the destination far past the scheduled arrival time. Although it's cheap, you get what you pay for.
