YO! Bus

Purchased a ticket for Yo Bus from New York City to Boston, which is owned by Greyhound. Bus driver mentions that he is a good driver prior to the bus leaving. No one asked him. 2.5 hours later we end up in an accident with a car. 1.5 hours pass by before we are escorted to a bus station in Hartford, CT. We are told a secondary bus won't be able to pick us up until another 2 hours or so. I had to buy another bus ticket-- $31 because I didn't want to wait. A four hour trip takes eight hours. I called Greyhound, the phone number on the E-ticket, a few days later to see if I can be reimbursed. The employee tells me to call Yo-bus because they don't handle reimbursements. I call Yo Bus, but the line is essentially useless--it mostly directs you to their website. I call Greyhound back--they tell me again that they can't handle Yo Bus reimbursements. I ask to speak to a supervisor--the employee asks for my name and address. I refuse to give my address--I don't know why they need it. I finally speak to the supervisor and he tells me that Greyhound doesn't do any refunds or reimbursements of any sort. DO NOT USE GREYHOUND OR YO BUS SERVICE!!!!!!!
