Mark was so fun , he had lots of information about the city. One of the buses leaked in the rain, another a/c was out, but loved the tours. Made getting around a lot easier and interesting. Guides and drivers are so helpful with where to go once you get to a stop.

Just got back from NY and I have to say I was very impressed. We had passes so it included one day on the bus and we upgraded for the second day. The tour guides on the buses are fantastic, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The best part was each tour guide had different information, so each bus wasn't the same scripted information. We were never asked to purchase any extras, EVER with the only request being a well deserved tip. All in all, I would say if you want to see NYC without killing your feet whilst getting some excellent pictures and info regarding the history of the city, then use this service, you will get so much more in your stay!! We will be back and will be using this service again!

We've made 3 circuits with Big Bus on two trips to NYC. Big Bus provided good service and very good, interesting guides. Once you get on, you can make two loops if you want. All of our guides were knowledgeable. The last one, John H., is a NYC native and historian -- fun to have for a guide.

We got 3 days with Big Bus tours through New York City pass. We did the the down town & mid town tours...great way to get around & get some good info/back ground stories. Our Guide Leo & driver Kev were both professional & entertaining.

Did the night bus tour and it was about two hours long and well worth it. It is a quick touch on many of the historical places in NYC. The night tour you CANNOT get off and on, but that is fine.... just something to be aware of.
