As a tourist, there's this inexplicable feeling of awe when you enter Grand Central Station. It felt like I was immersing myself in the residue left behind in the atmosphere all kinds of important and interesting history. This place is a crossroad in the world for history, or perhaps better, a hub. This is a place where vast amounts of people who would go on to change the world have stepped foot into and out of, and in doing so, left the essence of their legacy lingering in the air here. Such a magical place.

Grand Central Station is the place where people meet in New York City if no further clarification of location was provided ... it is an iconic station with a huge and beautiful central hall, and many shops of which the Apple Store probably is the most famous now. And the dining concourse not to forget with the iconic Oyster Bar. A fantastic place to taste the history of NYC.

My experience with the Newark Airport Express Bus is mixed. The staff selling the tickets in the airport were really nice however the driver who took us into the city was miserable.
The guy selling tickets on the bus was even worse, rudely telling a woman to wait until he finished issuing a ticket when all he needed to do was step into a seat to allow her to walk past a get a seat.
Their ticketing system is also painful. We bought tickets in the airport but people were buying them on the bus, which meant we were stuck at each stop waiting until everyone has tickets. The bus was probably only 20% full and it took us about 30 minutes before we actually got going.
I was so worried the return trip would take just as long that I left 4 hours early for a domestic flight.
The return journey was better. The bus was on time and the driver was really nice.
At the end of the day this is a bus service and I’m sure delays do happen, drivers are grump and most people don’t leave positive reviews for a bus therefore this review page is littered with bad reviews.
The company does need to fix its ticketing system which will ensure a much more streamlined and consistent service. The price is also much cheaper the getting a taxi and quicker then a train.
If however you are travelling with a part of three or more a taxi would probably be better.

One of the nicest places in NYC, It's not just a station as the name suggests but it's more than that, it's like a shopping mall, you will find all kinds of shops, brands' outlets, jewellery shops and much more. It has good restaurants, coffee shops etc. The place is beautiful and kind of trademark. Like if you been to NYC, you got to see this station, add it to your bucket list because whoever has been to NYC before you, will definitely ask you if you have been to the Grand Central station. Have a great visit. Cheers!

Wow wow wow! Wasn’t here for the use of the train station itself just stopped by to experience the look and feel. It’s a grand station indeed. Was surprised by the food court below and the apple store above. Beautiful and breath taking. More than just a station.
