The two times that I did ride on this bus from BOSTON TO NYC it was quiet the comfort you could expect! Out of a bus traveling to different cities everyday! The WIFI on this bus ACTUALLY WORKS!!! Not spotty! THE BUS LEFT AT THE TIME IT WAS SCHEDULED! We got to our destination as scheduled & Everything was smooth sailing on this bus honestly& the price was reasonable would recommend this bus to everybody!

Currently waiting in the parking garage at Port Authority. We've been sitting here 45 minutes since the bus was supposed to start its journey. Finally they announced the driver was "going to the bathroom." That was 15 minutes ago. That said, once the ride started, it was fine.

I love this bus line the times I traveled from Ny to Hyannis. The trip was very nice. I have no complaints about and it is almost always with the same driver that I find a very nice person, I hope they never change the service cause it is very good👍👍👍👍

Took a quick nice trip to New York had great service the bus driver got it there safely the bus was clean and we got there very quickly thanks to the bus driver It was friendly service and I will be using the service again when I make my trip to New York hopefully the more I go the more I save but other than that it was a great trip

They are so irresponsable sell you a ticket for one hour like 6:30 in my case 7: 05 driver. havig dinner in the bus. Or sell you a ticket in a office they need to close you need to wait outside.
