Very good bus service center for NYC and New Jersey. NI Transit, Greyhound, Peter Pan lines, etc are available here. You need to give yourself 15 minutes to buy yourself tickets and find the right bus bay. There are about 300+ bus bays. The shops for food and drink are good. A morning commute heaven, because they serve all business persons, working blue collar and white collar folks and usually do it pretty fast.

Although it has improved a little bit in the past few years, it's still awful. From what I understand, in the past it was way, way worse. Customer amenities are at a minimum. Public spaces are severely inadequate. You see some really shady characters around sometimes. Pretty much the best thing I can say is that it does offer a very large variety of transportation options (though the service is horrible, but that's not entirely the fault of the facility itself). It's also centrally located, and it's very convenient that the subway is right in the basement of the building.

Very easy to navigate and find our way around, the person at the NJ transit counter was very helpful and got us the best deal for where we needed to be. Shops have near airport pricing so be aware. Only complaint is not enough trash cans and almost zero recycling bins.

Environment is not that great. There are a lot of smelly homeless people walking around and all the stores inside are over priced with below standard quality. They need a good architect to relay out/ revisualize the interior. The coach buses to NJ are nice but there are not enough of them and the fares are too high. I do want to thank the police officers that are there. They do make the place feel protected and safe. I also enjoy the recent performances . There are many talented people in New York/New Jersey. It's good to hear and see that there's a platform for them to express themselves.

I took The transbridge lines to go to Easton and my expiriances haved been great the counter man was super friendly ! Good vibes thank you
