We pre bought 2 day pass using New York explorer, First day found the rep at Times Square scanned my phone and printed ticket, All the tour guilds are amazing with the passion and knowledge. Paul and Johnathan were great. It's an easy way to get to know the city and get about. My only complaint was the maps I found hard to find pick up points. As a first timer in New York I did get lost. Maybe a little more info needed on the maps. Will use this company again.

They overbooked our bus by TWENTY PEOPLE. Literally 20 people bought tickets for a 10:45 bus only to be told that that bus is full and to wait THREE HOURS for the 1:45 bus. They're acting like United Airlines with the overbooking. I recommend that you get to your bus at least 30 minutes early (I came 15 minutes early and still couldn't get on the bus) if you want to get on your bus.
