This is the worst bus company. Honestly tried to give it a chance over and over bc I am a cost conscious person but.I can’t anymore.

Took a bus from NYC to DC and the driver stopped in Baltimore and told all 100 passengers to “call yo people” because he was leaving us in Baltimore and not taking us to our final destination. 

Had a reservation for a bus from NYC to Albany. Stood in the rain for 2 hours. Bus never came. 100 people were stranded and no communication was sent to us whatsoever by the company on status, etc. Had to fight the company for multiple days to get a refund.

Completely disorganized. Buses never leave on time. No one managing departures or boarding. Take the train instead.

NO WIFI.IT WAS A HUGE PROBLEM.
I took the bus on Sept 27 last year.It's a long ride from Toronto to New York.You can imagine that .Staying on a long distance bus without WIFI that's really frustrating.
And I booked it again two days ago,hope the situation would be changed.I'm gonna leave New York for Toronto at 745PM today.Hope the WIFI will work,I have been praying.
If the WIFI's still not working this time,I wouldn't probably take the Megabus again.
Let's see.
P.S. I just came back to Toronto this morning.The bus departed  and arrived right on time. The estimated time of arrival is 7:25a.m. and it arrived in Toronto at 7:35a.m.Considering it's a 12 hours drive I'm totally satisfactory about the time. What I'd like to complain about is their wifi still doesn't work. NO WIFI NO WIFI NO WIFI!!!
Next time I'll try another bus company definitely.

Used megabus twice. First time it was 30mins late. Second time more than 30 mins late. The driver was running like crazy and just before we arrive at the NYC drop-off he hit a truck after a traffic light!!!

No wifi. No a/c. Every seat taken on most trips. Always delays. No shelter at bus stop. Only allowed 1 bag in the storage. Terrible experience avoid at all costs
