Very disappointed in the organization. Were using it on a Sunday. We had an Explorer pass and needed to get it validated for the bus. We were near Central Park. We were told there would be an agent at 5th Central Park and also at the Circle near Central Park. We went to both and no one was there. I called the number and the attendant said to hop on the bus for three stops. It turned out that the bus was one stop and then had to transfer to another bus to get there. It took over 90 minutes to get to a 20 minute walk. It actually ruined the experience and it threw everything off. Would not do it again many other tours were available and probable just as good.

The express buses don't run on schedule.The BM1 and BM3 buses are completely unreliable after 8:00 PM. going back to Brooklyn. More than once I had to take a train home very late around 9:45 PM after waiting very long for the bus to come down 5th Avenue. They were supposed to come at 8:12 8:36 9:12 9:32 but none came at all.
