First time using BoltBus and much was left to be desired. Seats were broken ... I didn't ask for a rocking chair that moves with every bump on the road! Staff unhelpful and rude. Pathetic when MegaBus employees were friendlier and more knowledgeable about BoltBus than BoltBus employees (at least at Union Station DC).

Zero stars if possible. this garbage company has ruined my plans for the last time. At least this time they gave me a few days notice before randomly stating "operational issues" as the reason. My advice, spend a few bucks and take any other service than Bolt Bus because they will take your money and run. Been using their service the better part of the last decade NY-DC. No more.

I take Boltbus between Philly and N.Y. Their prices are good. The online reservation process is easy to follow. They are always on time. I got phenomena waiting 3 hours for megabus... Never again. Boltbus all the way.

Decent quality seats and power sockets really available. WiFi pretty poor with regular disconnection and not all sites supported. Good value

The fairs are cheap but the customer service is not that great. The buses are often late and when you call to find out where the bus is, they put you on hold for half an hour. The buses themselves are aging but not any worse than the competition.
