Greyhound: Bus Station

I hate riding these busses, but to be fair its one of the easiest and for its price...does eventually mostly get you there in my experience. The station area here is pretty nice and is very close to Fairhaven, with a Coffee shop called 'Coffee Junction' right at the station along with other misc. businesses.

If i could give them a minus star i would. Greyhound is has the most B***S*** customer service i have ever experienced of my entire life. They keep sending you in the wrong direction to avoid dealing with the fact that they are abseloutely enable to track luggage. Train travel is not much more expensive and you wouldnt have to deal with greyhound. They dont have any pride in their own company.

Worst customer service and employees I have come across in a long time. I took a bus that was suppose to go from Bellingham to Spokane with my toddler kid, and long story short the bus driver is late so we don't make it to our transfer bus, and are stranded in Seattle. The only resolution they give us is to wait 12 hours (not an option to have my toddler baby girl in a city until 12am which we would then get on a bus to make our way to our destination) or get a refund. Then they tell me they cant give me a refund in person it has to be mailed by them. Fast forward two months, I call to see what was going on only to find out that the bus station didn't send in the refund request until a month had passed. Call again they tell me it is not within the window to get my money back. Call again 3 months since failed bus trip and they tell me basically everything the other customer service reps said they were going to do, they never did. And I am still waiting for a refund for a bus trip that actually made things worse as I was in a big city with a toddler, two backpacks, and a car seat. Thanks for nothing greyhound.

Employees are nice enough but I've taken the Greyhound numerous times and I can safely say that they've screwed something up a majority of the time I've taken their bus. I've had to wait in their station for HOURS several times (I'm actually an hour and a half into waiting for one of their busses right now). The station attendant has no way of getting ANY info about the status of our bus so it seems like not only are they bad at managing their busses, their system is outdated and useless.

No employee to be found when there was a 2 hour delay and I was travelling with an infant. Bus tracker was unavailable. Terrible service.
