I requested no bacon and didn't get any Colby Jack cheese cubes nor crackers.  Brought it during the lunch hour for dinner that night. Didn't notice until dinner. Guess I'll have to check my order before leaving from now on. The cheese cubes makes the salad. 

1st time visit. Impressive meal & staff. Clean, neat & friendly! The only thing I would like to see added as a menu item is Antipasto Salad. I have not found 1 place in 3 years that serves Antipasto Salads. I lived in RI & FL and they both had these at various restaurants. Good job folks! V/R, LUCKY

Food is decent but not worth the abysmal service. Kind of mind boggling that it could take 45 minutes to get two microwaved sandwiches when there are a total of 8 people in the restaurant. Maybe other locations are better about that. Andy’s is pretty quick and it’s same thing, probably worth the extra 7 minute drive.

We were in early Saturday afternoon, today 14 January. It was totally good experience. Our sandwiches were excellent… as was our server, “Elizabeth S.” who managed to be friendly and fast with our orders and checked back several times. The mood of the customers was positive and interactive, a result , I sense is the result of “Groucho’s” long working to reinforce all those values… with everything from decor, visible traditions and current staff as our server. Well done! And a bit contrasting to where we dined Thursday night

Have been a regular customer at this location for the last 12-15 years.  My last three or four experiences at the end of 2022 were sub-par to say the least.   My last time in I left without ever receiving food.  When on my lunch hour from work I don't have time to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich and chips.   I paid for my drink and left and in so doing saw that my order had been put in incorrectly as well.  I miss the old staff and, apparently, management.

I placed a phone order and the lady taking the order was very rude and I ask to speak with a manager and the other young lady sent the cook out  and he the one told me that no manger was in and I asked for a phone number to call him and I was giving a disconnected number while I was leaving a couple came in and they didn’t  they was treated with the upmost respect. I guess cause we didn’t look alike who knows but this goes to show you it still in 2022  it still there

Great sandwiches and salads and that Formula 45 sauce is awesome on everything! Try the Reuben and My Wife's  Salad. Thank me later

I had the WORST experience and service from this location today. First, as I called in for the curbside service I was rudely told that curbside was not available at the moment. As I went inside to wait, for over 30 minutes, I blatantly saw this same server answer a call and make arrangements to deliver curbside in a moment. During my absurdly long wait time, I was passed over numerous times to pay for my order, I was told by one server "NOT TO TALK TO HER" after asking what was the system of the chaotic line. This same server blatantly waited until I moved away from counter to take payments for man behind me. And when I FINALLY received my food, I was sloppily placed on burnt toast. Because I'd asked for a manager earlier, who WOULD NOT COME SPEAK WITH ME, I just left in place of waiting another 30 plus minutes for appropriate service.  Not only as an individual patron, but as an employee of a business that frequently purchases large orders, I will never cater from this location again.

I wasn't in the mood for sandwich but wanted Groucho's, so I got the Chicken Power Salad with the balsamic and Formula 45 sauce. It was delicious. I will have to come back and buy a pint of 45 sauce, it's so good!

Today was my first time eating at Groucho's Deli. I had gotten the My Wife Salad, the salad was very good. If you like salads this is one of the places you should try. I will differently come back.
