I’ve been to this locations plenty of times. I decided to stop by on warm day to enjoy some ice cream. The staff greeted us when we walked into the store and was very polite. What more can I say it’s delicious ice cream. The location accepts cash and card.
Was told that they don't make shakes this late 2 hours before closing. I was also informed that they don't close at midnight, but 11:30pm. Nothing about they *can't* make a milkshake 2 hours before closing, but they *won't.* lazy people. The store is empty, and there is no reason for it. Employees should be replaced with people that Will do their jobs.
Excellent ice cream as expected from any Haagen-Dazs spot. The server was nice and attentive.
Haagen dazs is my favorite ice cream shop in the country. But tonight an hour before close they refused to serve me a shake and were inconvenienced by my purchasing of ice cream. Very rude.
I read reviews on this place after I was buying ice cream but they are all true even though they are older, so believe them. I’ve been to tons of Haagen-Dazs places in different cities and there’s always a high standard of service and the inside and decor is nice. It seems to me this is a franchise and it’s a dump and terrible customer service. I was going to use my debit card but something told to pay cash because this place seems shady. I didn’t want any fraudulent stuff happening. This is NYC there’re plenty of other ice cream places please go to them instead. Trust my review and all the others.
Unusual to run a scam operation from an ice cream shop. But that’s just my opinion. Ordered 2 sundaes through seamless. 23$. Arrived on time. The sundaes were ice cream - like one scoop - not even half the size shown - no Carmel sauce. 23$. ?! Just such an obvious cut in the volume of the contents. The restaurant seemingly blocked the ability to rate on seamless as my order indicates I ‘skipped the option to review’ and it won’t provide a further opportunity to review Order online as one is forced to right now. Provide half the product at the full price. And censor the ability on seamless to rate and review. Seems like they have structured a self-funding relief program of their own. It was just so blatantly half the product size. Ya. It’s gotten on that nerve of - who would possibly take advantage now ?
How many epmloyees does it take to get a spoon? 3 employees can’t be bothered to provide a spoon when a toddler drops a spoon… Never again.
Nice ice cream, got my favorite and staff is friendly
Went across town from upper Manhattan to this establishment. Seems not a many as of these Love Cream placed as before. They had exactly what I wanted. Service is good.
I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Last night, 07/28/2018, 9:00 pm, I was with my family there. We were visiting New York and deciding to enjoy one of our favorites ice cream Häagen-Dazs. I ordered and employee who took the order misunderstood what I wanted. At the time I paid and looked at my order, I told cashier that they made a mistake and asked if it was possible to fix it. He started to yield to me and said it was my fault and did not care if I talk to his manager about this issue. Then He returned my money back. He was unrespectful, rude and uncourteous. Some customers behind me left the place. This was a terrible experience.
