I love this place. It is just my kind of place meaning it’s healthy, extremely vegan friendly and tasty. Doesn’t break the bank but worth it to pay maybe a bit more because it is all high quality. The staff is also super accommodating and made me experience better especially the second time here. I’ve been getting their hot oatmeal with toppings and protein . I also tried their vegan banana bread and it is to die for - highly recommend.
It was good, but not $14.90 good haha. They got my order wrong although the server was quick to offer to remake it. High quality ingredients.
Some staff are exceptionally Kind while others have made me feel unjustly judged otherwise as a vegan I would have made more purchases here.I wish they sold a big container of roasted artichokes at Juice Press.I LOVED Cafe Viva-it recently went out of business on 97Th & Broadway,it would be GREAT if a Juice Press Market could open up in this location.I wish all Juice Press locations would stock the large containers of roasted vegetables.I’m sure I’m not the only customer that wishes this.Thankyou.WORLD DIGNITY,Mz Jill F.
My first time trying an açaí bowl and it was pretty good! I ordered the açaí blueberry bowl with almond butter, blueberries, and maple coconut flakes. Price was about what I expected and I was satisfied with the portion size. The staff was professional but not particularly outgoing/super friendly as others mentioned. I’d definitely like to come back and try other menu items!
great portion. very potent ginger shot. gave dog treats
wide range of delicious vegan smoothies on the menu!!
Always delicious, my favorite place to buy soup and a tasty roasted vegetable salad.
There was some confusion with a store opening time, the owner of the store happened to be outside and walked with me to his other location to get me my usual order! Amazing customer service here always, even on an off day :
The smoothie was nice, however, I didn't have a good experience and don't want to return. Absentmindedly, I sat down at a table to enjoy the smoothie. In the age of Covid-19, this is not allowed. Space and time disappeared for me, as I prepared to partake of an enthralling chocolate ambrosia... The female customer aide/server harshly yelled that no dining was to be had. I agree that I should have taken my treat outside, and I hastily did. But some tact and gentleness would have gone a long way. Food and harshness do not make a team, especially when you're in the business of selling ambrosia as I call smoothies, juices, and deliciousness made of fruit to the public. Food brings about euphoria, vulnerability, even a momentary lapse of judgment. I wanted to associate Juice Press with euphoria. I can't help, but to associate it with harshness.
Aside from the SINGLE clerk that is every polite and speaks to me when I went in every single day for a week, this store is a nightmare. The very first time I went, I walked in, perused juices, PAID AND LEFT without the employee inside every saying a single word to me. ???? Ok, its giving me silent library . I continued to go ONLY because the Juice Press was right next door to my gym. Every time I went in with the exception of the single clerk I mentioned prior ALL the workers had a nasty attitude. I felt like I was in high school again. Its also worth mentioning that this location is ALWAYS sold out of virtually ANYTHING you will like. Had a two pack of vegan muffins one day. Never saw them again. Cacao Overnight Oats. DISSAPEARED INTO THE NIGHT. I would find myself walking in, staring at the freezers in disappointment and then buying a $5 water. Save yourself the trouble.
