H&M

The cleanest and the best H&M I’ve been to. The most organized and the employees are very friendly. Ive been to many locations all over NY& this had to be the most organized/ best staff yet.

It’s H&M. It’s way too bright though! All those lights and white surfaces make me blind. : A lot more licensed apparel than I expected. Glad to see their NASA licensed goods, but disappointing quality and display. Also, not much assortment for newborns.

They don’t take exchange or returns here because the building WiFi is down...?! Disappointed to hear that after waiting in line for 10 minutes and picking out my items :

Lovely store they always hve something I love love love! Purchased 5 blouses between yesterday & today. Definitely returning soon loke tomorrow

Spacious floorplan and amazing fitting room. No housing goods at this location. Also, did not see any discount items.

I like H&M but I'm very disappointed when I tried to return an item w/o the receipt. They don't give store credit like all other stores. My only option was to pick out another item or items for an even exchange right there....Come on H&M give up the store credit so I can come back anytime!!!!

You would think that working at H&M requires to be fluent in English. An employee made me translate what I was looking for to Chinese because she didn’t speak English. She could barely communicate with me

Almost Everything was on sell. I wished the self check out machines was fixed which would of helped the long line I was in..

Great range of styles, amazing layout & affordable prices. It’s very clean and organized; it’s right in the center of the city !
