Hachi Express Japanese Grille Restaurant

The portions are bigger than other restaurants like it, which is great for the price. The food tastes amazing!! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. You can choose anywhere to sit, so you don't have to wait to be seated. It's very clean, and the atmosphere is great. I would definitely visit here again.

I hate to give a restaurant only 2 stars but it's for their service, not food quality. I've been to this restaurant on 2 separate occasions and the service has been horrible on both occasions. The food quality here is somewhat good but they lack horribly in customer service. I probably won't give them a 3rd chance as I've had 2 previous experiences that were no where near satisfactory.

Great place for a casual lunch. You can seat yourself, service was fast and the food was fresh and great! There were a lot of flies, but they have a drive thru and the window is constantly open.

Good food but the service is Awfully slow. Waited 25 min in drive thru before my order was taken. This has happen on 2 different occasions. So if you’re eating here be prepared to wait a while. Good as the food is I will not be back

Ate here for the first time this weekend, it's Tuesday and we are eating here again! Very very good food! Friendly & fast service.
