SUSHI GO

The sushi was good. Everything was fresh and very nicely prepared with the exception of the uni. It was a bit liquidy instead of the usual buttery mouth feel. Waitstaff seemed a little busy despite it being a small place and not crowded. Nothing that would dissuade me from visiting again.

This is my wife’s and my absolute favorite sushi place in or around Greenville. I am no sushi connoisseur, but my taste buds tell me this place is top notch. The ambiance is intimate, service is attentive and professional, and they greet you at your table with a warm rag to wash your hands. The whole experience just makes you happy. Also, I feel I should clarify, though the name seems to imply it is not, it IS a sit down restaurant. They do provide to-go options much like any other restaurant would (sit at the bar, wait for your in-person order), but I would recommend sitting down and staying awhile. You won’t regret it.

I really wanted to love this place but unfortunately a few things fell short. 1. Our server. He kept walking away from our table as we were still ordering. We called him lightning as he would appear and very quickly disappear before we could even respond. It wasn't even that busy for him to keep jetting off so quickly. 2. Presentation of sushi. My brother in law received a roll where it was just a pile of stuff... not even a roll? 3. Cocktails are expensive and small. 4. Overall taste : average. The things I did like: 1. Location. Close to spots to get dessert afterwards 2. Atmosphere. Nice but also laid back. 3. Greetings with a hot towel. Overall, I'm not sure we'll be back. There's many other options to try out first.

Very good and authentic. They give you hand towels before you eat. Wish their quail eggs had been different.

Really great sushi and the staff always greet and make you feel very welcomed! Sushi is made very quickly and the wait isn’t long at all! The sushi was very good! I’ve ate here twice and it’s been great each time!
