Mishima Express Japanese Cuisine

Several weeks ago my wife and I gave Mishima Express a try for the first time. First impression; Amazingly clean! IMO, cleanliness speaks volumes about the level of the care a owner, management and staff of an business. Major kudos to the owner/management because they have done an outstanding job training their staff on the importance of first visual impression. Our waitress greeted us with a smile, was very polite and attentive. Our food arrived to our table approximately ten minutes after placing our order and the food was freshly cooked to perfection. I ordered steak and shrimp and my wife ordered chicken. Both agreed that our food was delicious! From price point to portion ration, there's not many eateries in Anderson that can compete. Within the past several weeks, I've been back three times. The cleanliness, waitress politeness and attentiveness , portions and quality remains the same. My multiple visits confirm that my first experience is the standard set by the owner and management. Mishima Express= Excellence.

Taste as good or better than the high dollar Japenese Steak Houses. Friendly fast service

I eat here at least once a week. I have had Hibatchi at every restaurant I know of in Anderson and they are by far the best in town. The sweet carrots are Amazing and the young lady that works most of the time when I go in there is always sweet and takes very good care of me. She has memorized my name now and always makes sure to throw chopsticks in the Togo bag for me.
